Advanced Depot Maintenance Simply notify us of a defective device by telephone or email, We will ship an identical replacement device to you the same business day and issue a UPS "call tag" for return of your defective device. Place the defective device in the same box in which the replacement arrived and call UPS for pick up at your location, all paid for by us. This service costs $100.00 per machine/year.
